From essentials like groceries, clothing, and medications, to the tools and resources that ease a patient’s journey, your kindness is woven into countless stories of healing and resilience.
Blount Memorial Foundation is a 501(c)3 and all funds raised by the Foundation benefit Prisma Health Blount Memorial Hospital patients and support Prisma Health Blount Memorial Hospital programs.
Prisma Health Blount Memorial Hospital also provides operating expense for the Foundation so the funds raised benefit our patients.

Meet Our Board And Staff
The 2025-26 Foundation Board of Directors is comprised of experienced community leaders and volunteers who have agreed to complete fixed-year terms to support the Foundation’s outreach and charitable activities in our community.
Our staff handles the day-to-day operations and ensures all funds are used to support our mission, ensuring the health of our entire community, especially those in need.
Lindsey is the owner of Lindsey Plyler State Farm Insurance and volunteers with New Hope BCCAC, United Way of Blount County, Junior Service League of Maryville, and more and is a Blount Partnership Chamber Ambassador.
